Adding your event
The Einstein Year Events Database is is hosted by the BA (the British Association for the Advancement of Science).
To add your event to the Einstein Year events database you will first need to register as an Event Organiser. You can do this through the Events page of the BA website.
Once you've submitted your registration details they have to be approved, which may take a few days. You'll then receive an email containing your user ID and password. You can use these to log in to the Event Organisers area of the BA web site.
From here you can add new events, as well as view and edit existing events. When you add a new event, you'll be asked to give as much detail as possible. When prompted, please specify that your event is part of Einstein Year.
Do check that your event appears on the database. If it is not there within three days, contact nsw@the-ba.net.
If you are already registered as an Event Organiser for the BA or National Science Week, you can use your existing log in details - register your event here.
